Specialist in Urban Development and Public Policy

Alejandra Acosta is a mobility and development specialist at CTS-México.
As a political scientist and urban planner, Alejandra is passionate about public policy and the urban environment. Prior to joining CTS-México, she worked for the public and non-profit sectors in the United States and Colombia. Through her work as a planner, researcher and community liaison, she has participated in several local development and sustainability projects, including participative planning and political responsiveness.
She holds a bachelor’s degree in political science from the National University of Colombia and a master’s degree in urban planning from the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA).
