David Uniman is the Manager of Research & Development for CTS-México. He is currently involved in the design of the Federal Government Program for Financing Mass Transit projects and the creation of the BRT Benchmarking Association for Latin America. Mr. Uniman has done work for Transport for London and the U.S. Department of Transportation.

He obtained his dual master's degrees in Transportation Engineering and Urban Planning from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and holds a bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering from University of California, Berkeley.
