Gabriela coordinates the development of methodology for monitoring, verification and reporting. She also coordinates the climate change and transport agenda of CTS-México when dealing with federal government agencies.

She is responsible for the development of institutional networks with various chambers of commerce associations and guilds in the private and federal sectors.

Gabriela holds bachelor's and master's degrees in international relations from the Universidad Nacional Autónoma de México.
