Magdala Arioli is currently working as a transportation engineer at EMBARQ Brasil, with a focus on advanced bus transit systems, emissions reductions and new technologies.

She graduated with a degree in industrial engineering from the Federal University of Rio Grande do Sul (UFRGS) and is working on her master's in the transport systems laboratory, also located at UFRGS.
