Saul Alveano is part of the Transport Systems Department of CTS-México and the local representative at Guadalajara. Prior to joining CTS, Mr. Saul co-founded a small construction firm at Morelia, Mexico, where he designed and built houses, small warehouses and housing developments. Worried about the urban planning of Mexican cities, he is pursuing a master's degree in architecture and urbanism at Universidad Autonoma de Guadalajara, where he is involved in projects related to transit-oriented development policies. Saul holds a bachelor's degree in civil engineering from Universidad Michoacana de San Nicolas de Hidalgo.
