The new Web sites for CST-India and CTS-México feature news, multimedia and an online calender for projects, events and activities related to sustainable transport.
The Center for Sustainable Transport India (CST-India) launched its new Web site this month. Please visit www.cstindia.org.
This is the second launch of an EMBARQ Network Web site, following www.ctsmexico.org, which went "live" last month.
Both sites feature information on the organization's mission, objectives, news and projects, as well as staff biographies.
The second phase of CST-India's site development will provide detailed information about involvement in local projects, including bus rapid transit projects in Indore, New Delhi, Colombo, and active transport (biking and walking) initiatives in Bangalore and Pune.
The "Learn More" section will be developed into an online storehouse of information on sustainable transport concepts and best practices.
Meanwhile, CTS-México continues to add new pages to its growing list of projects, news and events. The site contains more multimedia than before, like the recent video of Guadalajara's Macrobus inauguration.
The Spanish-language site also highlights one of its flagship events, the International Congress for Sustainable Transport, which will be held this year in October in Mexico City.
