Metrobus, EMBARQ and CTS-Mexico’s Bus Rapad Transit (BRT) project in the Mexican capital, has received high rankings from users for a third year in a row, according to the results of a new study.
EMBARQ’s efforts to promote an integrated sustainable transport system in the city of Arequipa, Peru, received additional momentum last month when Mayor Simon Balbuena and other Arequipa city officials presented the plan at an important national government-sponsored International Investment Forum in Lima.

According to Eduardo de Alcantara Vasconcellos, one of the world’s foremost experts on traffic mobility and congestion, CTS’s Sustainable Transport Congress is one of the most productive spaces for integrated discussion of transport and mobility in the world. ¨[The Congress] is living proof that CTS has an important influence on metropolitan transport in Mexico,” asserts Vasconcellos.
