Recent public opinion survey yields positive user ratings
Mayor of Mexico City Marcelo Ebrard called on an expansion of Metrobus after learning that the bus rapid transit system yielded consistently high ratings in a recent user satisfaction survey conducted by CTS-México.
Metrobus is the "cornerstone of a strategy to transform mobility in the city, which for more than four decades has favored the use of private vehicles," the mayor said.
Project scheduled for operation by late 2010
