UN-Habitat and EMBARQ are partnering to create more sustainable cities by working to provide universal access to safe, clean and affordable transport. The initiative focuses on the needs of poor and vulnerable groups, making urban mobility planning more participatory, and finding more ways to incorporate transport into broader land use planning and implementation.
