The first corridor of Macrobús stretches 16 kilometers along the bustling and iconic Calzada Independencia, from Fray Angelico in the southern part of the city to El Mirador in the north.

As of April 2009, there were 15 feeder routes, integrated at seven stations, including 103 small buses.
