Moinhos Shopping Mall in Porto Alegre will receive technical assistance from CTS-Brasil to build bicycle parking stations that meet international design standards.

Located near Parcão, a big park in the Moinhos de Vento neighborhood, the new bicycle facility will help improve mobility and increase bike safety for nearby shopping mall customers.
